Deutsche Börse--Frankfurt, Germany

The funny E stands for Euro
The Deutsche Börse is the German Stock Exchange and I was lucky enough to visit it.

The Deutsche Börse was founded in 1993 with its headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. This was my first trip to Germany and it was amazing!

While I was there I even got to visit the trading floor!  I got to see all the computers, the big boards. and everything!! It was chaotic and I was afraid I might get caught in all the excitement!

Wow!  That's a big board!

Outside I stared down the bear, because of course, bull markets are always better. I hope the bull knows I am on his side.  I would hate for him to use his big horns to toss me from one side of Frankfurt to the other!

You know, I think they should make a duck market! That would be quackers.

Look out bear the bull and I are coming for ya.

Quack Report:

When I stood next to the bull, I made sure to give a long, loud quack (I wanted to impress 'em). It turned out really fearsome! My quack was so loud the echo is going to give the bear nightmares for at least a month.

I think my quack echo was also pretty great on the exchange room floor! At least it felt like it. It was so crazy I couldn't hear a thing.

  1. Simon, you are truly amazing. It takes a lot of patience and traveling around to study quack echos.
